  要:知识团队冲突过程大体上分为两种类型,即成员个人层次的冲突和团队组织层次的冲突,通过对这两种类型的知识团队冲突过程的分析,认为在不同条件下均需要有更高一层的管理者制定出符合整体利益与工作目标的绩效评价标准与激励措施,从而提高知识团队的工作效率。

Abstract: the conflicts among knowledge teams can be divided into two categories: conflict at personal level and conflict at the level of team organization. The results of the analysis of the conflict process of the two categories show that higher-level managers should develop performance evaluation standards and incentive measures for different circumstances, so as to improve the work efficiency of knowledge teams.

引言

Introduction

知识团队作为一个动态的集体,其成员具有多样性的特征,在创造性的团队活动中,必然存在着团队成员之间的理念、观点、做事方法和原则等方面的差异,这些差异处理得当,团队的凝聚力就能够得到加强,反之,则影响团队的内部团结合作,从而影响团队目标的实现。因此,针对知识团队成员之间、知识团队与知识团队之间的不同层次的冲突进行管理,对于促进知识团队企业整体工作目标的实现具有重要作用。

 

Knowledge team is a dynamic group and its members have various characteristics. In creative team activities, the ideas, behaviors and principles of the team members are inevitably different. The way these differences are managed will determine whether the team cohesion will be increased. Otherwise, it many affect the internal cooperation among members and affect the realization of team objectives. Therefore, it is very important to manage the conflicts between the team and the members and between knowledge teams in order to achieve the overall objectives of the knowledge teams.
